Staff Engineer, ERP Workday (Financial Functional Consultant)

This role focuses on Configure, maintain, and support Workday Financial Management modules; act as Functional SME; collaborate with finance teams; analyze business processes; lead enhancements and releases; troubleshoot complex issues; Workday Financials Certification preferred. The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, deliver reliable solutions, maintain documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement while supporting business objectives. Strong communication, ownership, and quality execution are expected throughout day-to-day responsibilities.

Candidates should have 3-8 years experience with Workday Financials, financial management modules, business processes, security, reporting, Agile, project management, functional design, configuration, maintenance, support, US business hours overlap. They should demonstrate analytical thinking, teamwork, problem solving, adaptability, and willingness to learn. Relevant education and certifications are valued, and the ability to work effectively with business users is important.
