HR Technology Manager (Workday)

Lead the design, development, and implementation of HRIS and Workday integrations across multiple enterprise platforms. Candidate will collaborate with IT, HR, Finance, Payroll, and vendors to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability. Responsibilities include troubleshooting system issues, managing HRIS projects, supporting Workday implementations and upgrades, tenant migration, sprint enhancements, reporting, security configuration, integration monitoring, documentation, and compliance management. The role also involves team leadership, budget management, and optimizing Workday integration efficiency using enterprise-grade architecture and security standards.

Candidate should have minimum 8 years of Workday experience including at least 2 years of hands-on Workday integration development experience using technologies such as REST/SOAP Web Services, XML, XSLT, Workday Studio, and Cloud Connect. Strong expertise in HRIS projects, security setup, HR technology leadership, reporting, Compensation, Payroll, Recruiting, and Workday architecture is required. Candidate should possess excellent analytical, communication, leadership, troubleshooting, and Agile delivery skills.
