Job Title: Sr. Consultant - Joule Job Company: YASH Technologies Job Category: SAP SUCCESSFACTORS Roles & Responsibilities: We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Joule Developer to design, develop, and implement AI\-powered HR solutions using SAP Joule and Joule Studio within the SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), and Generative AI technologies, with the ability to build intelligent conversational experiences, automate HR processes, and enhance employee productivity through AI\-driven solutions. * Design, develop, and implement AI\-powered HR use cases using SAP Joule and Joule Studio. * Create, configure, and maintain custom Joule skills, agents, prompts, and conversational experiences. * Design role\-based AI assistants for employees, managers, recruiters, and HR administrators. * Develop guided workflows and conversational interactions to support HR business processes. * Implement prompt engineering best practices to optimize AI\-generated responses and user experience. * Configure, test, and deploy Joule Studio solutions across development, test, and production environments. * Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Joule performance, adoption, and user experience. * Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support. * Hands\-on experience with SAP Joule and Joule Studio. + Custom Joule Skills + AI Agents + Conversational Workflows + Prompts and Templates * Understanding of Generative AI concepts and enterprise AI solutions. * SAP BTP Technologies * Knowledge of SAP Cloud Identity Services (IAS/IPS, SSO) * API Development and consumption, JavaScript, Workflow automation * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities. * Ability to translate business requirements into AI\-driven technical solutions. * Strong collaboration skills across HR, business, and technical teams. * Ability to work independently in a fast\-paced environment. * Strong documentation and presentation skills.
