Job Title: SR APPLICATIONS DEV CONSULTANT I-INDIA Company: Lumen Technologies SAP Module: SAP HCM Roles & Responsibilities: The Role We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Technical & Functional Consultant with strong expertise in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors, Employee Central Payroll, Workforce Software Time Management, Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, and SAP Integration Suite. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, supporting, and integrating SAP HCM solutions with on-premise and cloud applications. The Main Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Functional Responsibilities * Partner with functional analysts to guide technical solutions for SAP HCM and time management systems and perform impact analysis for enhancements and upgrades. * Production support of payroll processing, retro calculations, tax updates, and year-end activities. * Troubleshoot HCM configuration and process issues. * Support SuccessFactors Employee Central and EC Payroll integration technical failures. Technical Responsibilities * Develop and enhance ABAP Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflow solutions. * Develop and support BAdIs, User Exits, Enhancement Framework, and HR Infotype Enhancements. * Create and maintain CDS Views, OData Services, and SAP Fiori applications related to HCM. * Perform debugging and performance tuning of custom developments. * Support SAP S/4HANA upgrade activities including SPAU/SPDD remediation. * Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central and EC Payroll. * Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori applications. * Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and Agile projects. Time Management Knowledge * Workforce Software preferred * SAP CATS or other US Time Management systems * End-to-end implementation experience on HCM Payroll and Time Management, SuccessFactors Employee Central replication, and Payroll Control Center. * Workforce Software Time Management expertise preferred. * Data migration and replication knowledge. * SAP Integration Suite monitoring and support experience. * Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills * Support and configure: SAP Integration Suite Responsibilities * Design and develop integrations using SAP Integration Suite (CPI). * Build, deploy, and support: * Monitor and troubleshoot integration messages using: + Message Monitoring + Trace Analysis + Exception Handling * Configure and support: Disclaimer The job responsibilities described above indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this classification.
