Job Description
The SAP HCM Specialist will design and implement SAP HCM solutions with hands-on expertise in SAP HR Payroll and Personnel Time Management. The role involves HCM functional design and solutioning, supporting SIT and UAT testing, managing stakeholders, and handling cross-functional coordination and issue resolution. The specialist will work on SAP HCM master data, organizational management, and personnel administration while collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
Requirements
5-8 years of SAP HCM consulting experience with expertise in Payroll and Time Management. Experience in SAP HCM implementation or support projects. Exposure to SuccessFactors integration preferred. Any Graduate qualification.
