Total Experience : 4 \+ Years * Marketplace and Digital Commerce Expertise: Strong understanding of marketplace operations, seller onboarding, catalog and offer flows, order lifecycle, and the dependencies required to launch and operate successfully. * Integration Experience: Hands\-on experience supporting API, feed\-based, or connector integrations; familiarity with REST APIs, Postman, JSON, XML, webhooks, authentication, and structured data troubleshooting. * End\-to\-End Ownership: Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple concurrent onboarding or implementation projects, establish plans, drive follow\-through, and deliver outcomes with limited day\-to\-day direction. * Technical Problem\-Solving: Ability to diagnose ambiguous issues, analyze logs or data samples, distinguish symptoms from root causes, and coordinate effective resolution across business and technical teams. * Process Improvement: Experience identifying operational friction and implementing measurable improvements to workflows, controls, documentation, tools, or automation. * Stakeholder Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences and guide external partners through complex requirements. * Analytical and Project Management Skills: Ability to use data, milestone tracking, and structured prioritization to manage risk, make decisions, and improve performance. * Platform Familiarity: Experience with Mirakl, Shopify, Magento, Salesforce, marketplace connectors, feed aggregators, or similar commerce platforms is preferred. * Education and Experience: Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience, with 3 or more years of relevant experience in e\-commerce, marketplace operations, technical onboarding, systems integration, implementation, or partner enablement. * Schedule Requirement: Ability and willingness to work a regular U.S.\-based hours in Bengaluru, including sustained overlap with U.S. Eastern and Central business hours. Exact hours may vary based on business needs. * Adaptability and Initiative: Ability to thrive in a fast\-paced, results\-oriented environment with sound judgment, curiosity, accountability, and a bias for action. * Computer Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; comfort using CRM, ticketing, project\-management, and collaboration tools.
