Job Title: Project Manager Company: Bhanzu( formerly Exploring Infinities Edtech Private Limited) Job Category: Salesforce Roles & Responsibilities: Job Title: Project Manager – Salesforce Automation \& Business Operations Department: Founder's Office Bhanzu is looking for a highly driven and execution\-oriented Project Manager to work directly with the Founder's Office. The role involves ownership of Salesforce CRM administration, automation, vendor management, and cross\-functional operational improvements. Key Responsibilities: * Manage Salesforce CRM administration, configuration, optimization, and automation. * Design and implement Salesforce Flows, lead assignment rules, approval processes, and workflow automation. * Manage lead lifecycle, opportunity creation, ownership allocation, and departmental pipelines. * Configure Salesforce custom fields, objects, forms, and page layouts. * Manage third\-party technology vendors and SaaS service providers. * Negotiate pricing, licensing, renewals, and commercial agreements. * Coordinate with Sales, Pre\-Sales, Operations, Audit, Finance, and Technology teams. * Manage projects from requirement gathering through implementation and deployment. * Develop SOPs, workflows, dashboards, MIS reports, and business insights. * Identify process inefficiencies and drive automation and operational improvements. * Track project milestones, deliverables, and implementation outcomes. A hands\-on Salesforce automation specialist who can manage business processes, vendor relationships, and cross\-functional projects while working directly with founders and leadership. Experience: 3–4\+ Years Required Skills \& Qualifications: * 3–4\+ years of relevant Salesforce CRM administration and automation experience. * Hands\-on experience with Salesforce Flow Builder and CRM configuration. * Strong project management and business process improvement skills. * Experience in vendor negotiations, license management, and stakeholder coordination. * Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and Salesforce reporting. * Strong analytical, communication, and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and take ownership of business\-critical initiatives. Preferred Qualifications: * Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder certification. * Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and third\-party integrations. * Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or SQL. * Experience in EdTech, consulting, or technology\-led organizations.
