Software Engineer Data Science

The Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain Python-based ML/AI applications, build and optimize ML/NLP models and integrate into production systems, implement and fine-tune LLMs and GenAI solutions, design and manage database structures for ML applications and data pipelines, deploy and monitor ML models in cloud environments, collaborate with cross-functional teams for solution delivery, and stay updated with trends in ML, NLP, and GenAI. The professional will play a key role in driving data-driven decision-making efforts, ensuring models and pipelines remain scalable, well-documented, and aligned with evolving business priorities. Strong emphasis is placed on model validation, thorough testing, and proactive issue resolution to ensure reliable, high-quality outputs across the organization.

3.5-5 years of experience in Python with at least 1+ years in Machine Learning/NLP and 1+ years in LLM GenAI. 2+ years in Database Management and 1+ years in Cloud Deployment on Azure or AWS. Familiarity with LLMOps is a plus. Any Graduate or LLM in Law. Familiarity with change management practices and a track record of successful stakeholder engagement across diverse business units is preferred. Prior experience mentoring junior team members and contributing to internal knowledge repositories will also be viewed favorably.
