Data Scientist

The Data Scientist will perform exploratory and targeted data analyses using descriptive statistics and machine learning methods including classification, clustering, association, and deep learning/AI. Responsibilities include analytic prototyping, scaling and solutions integration, working with data engineers on data quality assessment and cleansing, generating reports and annotated code, working alongside software developers to translate validated algorithms into commercially viable products, and contributing to development, deployment, and application of predictive and prescriptive analytics. The role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative, cross-functional team environment, contributing to end-to-end project delivery and continuous process improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will engage closely with business stakeholders to translate analytical requirements into robust, production-ready data solutions that support long-term organizational growth.

2-3 years of experience in Data Science. Good scripting and programming skills. Experience with common data science packages such as R, Python, SparkML, TensorFlow, Pandas, NumPy, MatLab. Experience with Jupyter notebooks. Any Graduate or Any Postgraduate. Prior experience working in global delivery models, along with exposure to Agile methodologies, will be considered an added advantage. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive, solutions-oriented approach, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes within agreed timelines. A strong customer-first attitude and willingness to travel to client locations as needed will be an added advantage for this role.
