Data Scientist

The Data Scientist will derive actionable insights from large, complex, and unstructured data by developing AI/ML techniques. Responsibilities include development, optimization, evaluating and deploying models into production environments, collaborating seamlessly across teams to integrate data-driven solutions and maintain data governance compliance, staying abreast of industry trends, contributing to thought leadership, innovating solutions for intricate business problems, and designing rigorous testing frameworks to evaluate model performance. Strong emphasis is placed on model validation, thorough testing, and proactive issue resolution to ensure reliable, high-quality outputs across the organization. The role provides exposure to enterprise-scale data ecosystems, offering opportunities for professional growth while working alongside experienced data scientists and cross-functional technology teams.

2+ years of experience in AI/Advanced Analytics with expertise in Deep Learning frameworks, NLP/Text Analytics, SVM, LSTM, Transformers, Neural Networks. In-depth understanding and hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, vector databases, and langchain framework. Proficiency in Python. Any Graduate qualification. Prior experience mentoring junior team members and contributing to internal knowledge repositories will also be viewed favorably. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
