Data Science Engineer - MLOPS

The Data Scientist will work with subject matter experts from airlines to identify opportunities for leveraging data to deliver insights and actionable prediction of customer behavior and operations performance. The role involves assessing effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources, developing custom data models and algorithms, leveraging existing Statistical and Machine Learning tools, collaborating with software engineers to implement production quality code, developing processes to monitor data accuracy and model performance, and demonstrating software to customers. The team fosters an inclusive, growth-oriented culture where continuous learning and knowledge sharing are actively encouraged across all levels. The role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative, cross-functional team environment, contributing to end-to-end project delivery and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Advanced Degree in Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Machine Learning. 4+ years deploying ML/statistical models on cloud (GCP). Expertise in MLOps, GCP Vertex AI, BigQuery, Terraform, Containers, Dataflow, Dataproc. Strong programming in Python, R, SQL, TensorFlow, PySpark. Revenue Management knowledge required. B.Tech/B.E. or Any Graduate. A collaborative mindset, willingness to mentor junior team members, and adaptability to changing business needs are highly valued for this role. Prior experience working in global delivery models, along with exposure to Agile methodologies, will be considered an added advantage.
