Data Scientist - Telecom RAN AI

The Data Scientist will work at the intersection of Telecom Engineering, Data Science, AI, and Product Management, leading cross-functional teams to develop next-generation AI-powered network tools and platforms. Responsibilities include leveraging deep RAN/RF engineering expertise to design AI-driven network optimization and automation solutions, developing advanced analytics models for network performance and coverage optimization, designing and deploying Machine Learning, GenAI, and Agentic AI solutions, building and managing large-scale telecom data pipelines, and defining product vision and roadmap for telecom AI platforms. This position also involves supporting knowledge-sharing sessions, contributing to internal best-practice documentation, and helping to build a culture of continuous learning within the data science team.

6+ years telecom RAN/RF engineering experience with 1-3 years in Data Science/AI. Deep expertise in 4G/5G, network KPI, SON, and optimization. Strong Python, PySpark, and SQL skills. Experience with GenAI, Agentic AI, predictive analytics, and data engineering. Any Graduate or Any Postgraduate. A strong customer-first attitude and willingness to travel to client locations as needed will be an added advantage for this role. Familiarity with change management practices and a track record of successful stakeholder engagement across diverse business units is preferred.
