The Marketing Manager oversees the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Day\-to\-day responsibilities include developing marketing strategies, managing brand positioning, coordinating with creative and media teams, and ensuring consistent messaging across platforms. The role involves tracking key performance metrics, preparing reports, and adjusting campaigns to improve reach and conversion. The Marketing Manager also collaborates with clients and internal stakeholders, manages budgets, and supports the development of new services and market opportunities. Qualifications * Demonstrated experience in marketing management, including campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis. * Knowledge of digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and basic analytics tools. * Strong skills in brand management, content review, and coordination with creative teams. * Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities. * Proven organizational and project management skills with attention to detail and deadlines. * Ability to work on\-site in Mohali district and collaborate in a fast\-paced team environment. * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced certifications in marketing or digital media are an advantage. * Prior experience in an agency or media environment is preferred but not required.
