Marketing Executive

Job Title: Marketing Executive Company: Cogniza Private Limited Job Category: Digital Marketing Roles & Responsibilities: Role Overview Key Responsibilities * Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, email, WhatsApp) to generate quality leads * Manage social media handles (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) with a regular content calendar * Create and coordinate content: posts, reels, creatives, blogs, and course promotions * Support webinars, college outreach, and campus marketing activities * Track campaign performance (leads, CTR, CPL, conversions) and share weekly reports * Coordinate with the sales/counselling team to improve lead quality and follow\-up * Work on SEO basics, landing pages, and brand communication * Keep up with competitor and edtech market trends Work Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India Availability: Full time

Experience: 6 months to 1 year Requirements * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Good Communication, or a related field (MBA preferred) * 6 months to 3 years of experience in digital or content marketing (internships considered) * Working knowledge of social media platforms and ad managers * Basic skills in Canva, MS Excel/Google Sheets, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite) * Strong written and verbal communication in English; Tamil/Kannada/Hindi is a plus * Creative thinking, ownership, and the ability to work in a fast\-paced startup * Good to Have * Prior experience in edtech or education marketing * lead generation , running campaign etc… Key Skills: Digital Marketing, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Content Marketing, Analytics Salary: Not disclosed
