• Undertake outbound email marketing via Eloqua EMS, creating and scheduling communications with approved target audience and message content
• Create and manage event specific websites, utilising SEO best practices to boost traffic
• Establish relationships with marketing partners including business associations, chambers of commerce, academic institutes
• Run data reports on CRM systems. Conduct research and undertake data mining to fill gaps, qualifying the leads where possible
• Manage event social media activity to generate leads
• Assist Marketing Managers to manage relationship with PR agencies, broadcast and media partners as required
• Work closely with designers to create marketing collateral including both online and print advertisements
