Job Title: Senior system engineer Company: Infosys Job Category: SAP SUCCESSFACTORS LMS Roles & Responsibilities: * Primary skills:Technology\-\>SAP Functional\-\>SAP Success Factors Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories related to SAP SuccessFactors. Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts. Perform Functional Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, Regression Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Validate end\-to\-end HR processes across SuccessFactors and integrated systems. Execute data validation and reconciliation activities. Log, track, and retest defects using defect management tools. Collaborate with HR business users, functional consultants, developers, and integration teams. Prepare test execution reports, status reports, and defect metrics. Support SIT, UAT, release testing, and production deployment activities. Required SAP SuccessFactors Modules Experience Hands\-on testing experience in one or more of the following modules: Employee Central (EC) Recruitment Management (RCM) Onboarding 2\.0 Performance \& Goals Management (PMGM) Learning Management System (LMS) Compensation Management Succession \& Development Time Off and Time Tracking Work Location: Bengaluru East, Karnataka, India Availability: Full time
