Ability to provide achievable solutions to complex scenarios and workaround to cases that do not have a standard solution. Very good Communication, written and verbal skills in both English and Arabic. Very good experience in Saudi Labor Law and SAP HCM Localization for KSA. Suport in Designing and executing complex projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Proficient in collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, adept at translating business requirements into technical solutions while effectively managing client expectations. Experienced in handling large-scale projects, involving single or multiple products and complex environments. Self Learning and fast develping person.
