Job Title: Senior Specialist Information Technology Company: Infineon Technologies AG SAP Module: SAP HCM Roles & Responsibilities: Your role Key responsibilities in your new role In this role, you will act as an in-house consultant for HR Compensation & Benefits applications, partnering withbusiness stakeholders to understand requirements, design effective solutions, and ensure compliance with architectural and governance standards. You will also develop and enhance applications, resolve system issues, and collaborate with solution providers to deliver projects, support go-live and cutover activities, and maintain smooth day-to-day operations. * Act as an in-house consultant for IT applications in the area of HR Compensation and Benefits * Provide operational IT support for our Compensation and Benefits systems * Understanding business needs and translating them into functional design proposals (i.e. solution architecture) * Develop software for change requests and project requests * Implement bug fixes for existing applications/programs * Ensure compliance requirements and the fit to architecture standards by considering the bigger picture * Manage the implementation with our solution providers as well as contribute to the go-live, cutover, and operations support #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization. Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed * A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a similar field is preferred * 1-2 years of experience in a related field * Experience in consulting HR business * Experience in providing operational IT support for HR applications * Experience in using Visual Studio * Basic knowledge of SAP HCM, Success Factors * Knowledge in PL/SQL, VB, Microsoft .NET (ASP.net, VB.net, C#), Web Technologies (HTML, CSS, Javascript, XML), Python * Perfect English Language skills (written / verbal) * Advanced intercultural skills to collaborate in an international environment Note: 1-year renewable contract under 3rd party payroll partner and entitled to benefits according to the partner company.
