Job Title: Senior Data Scientist Company: Plusgrade Job Category: Data Science Roles & Responsibilities: Job Description You will turn complex data from multiple products, partners, and loyalty members into better decisions, building models that directly influence offers, pricing, and customer targeting. You will own the work from problem formulation through production monitoring, helping move data science toward more scalable, product\-focused solutions.* What You'll Be Doing You will research, design, and deploy machine learning and optimization models that support data\-driven decisions, including personalized offers, pricing, and customer targeting. You will build scalable solutions across products, partners, and data environments, design rigorous experiments, evaluate emerging approaches such as recommendation and adaptive decision\-making, and monitor and improve models in production. You will work with Engineering, Product, and business stakeholders to turn complex needs into practical solutions, while raising the bar on modeling, reproducibility, and code review through mentorship. You will work in an environment where AI tools are integrated into day\-to\-day work to accelerate research, explore new approaches, and improve how the team develops and solves problems. What You Bring * You have designed, developed, and deployed supervised and unsupervised machine learning models for real\-world business problems, from problem formulation through production monitoring. * You bring strong foundations in statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and optimization, along with strong Python skills and experience with tools such as scikit\-learn, Pandas, NumPy, TensorFlow, or PyTorch. * You can query and transform large datasets with SQL, create meaningful features, and implement ML solutions in the cloud using AWS SageMaker or an equivalent platform. * You work independently through ambiguity, explain complex solutions to technical and non\-technical audiences, collaborate across functions, mentor other data scientists, and connect your work to measurable commercial impact. * You have demonstrated experience using AI tools to accelerate research, development, and problem\-solving.
