Need Technical Screener Data Science

The Technical Screener will screen candidates for data science and data engineering roles through remote interviews, conduct technical assessments to evaluate candidate skills in Python, SQL, and other relevant technologies, and collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Strong emphasis is placed on model validation, thorough testing, and proactive issue resolution to ensure reliable, high-quality outputs across the organization. The role provides exposure to enterprise-scale data ecosystems, offering opportunities for professional growth while working alongside experienced data scientists and cross-functional technology teams. This position also offers exposure to enterprise-wide analytics transformation programs and the chance to influence strategic decision-making at a senior level.

10-15 years of experience in Data Engineering or Data Science. Strong understanding of Python programming and its applications in data processing. Proficiency in SQL database management systems. Experience with cloud-based platforms such as AWS or Azure. Any Graduate or Any Postgraduate. Prior experience mentoring junior team members and contributing to internal knowledge repositories will also be viewed favorably. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
