Job Title: Senior Consultant - SAP-SAP S4HANA EWM Company: Bristlecone Job Category: SAP EWM Roles & Responsibilities: Job Description Bristlecone India Limited is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) professional to join our S4 HANA Functional – Delivery department. The role involves designing, configuring, and supporting EWM solutions on both embedded and decentralized S/4HANA landscapes, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, and ensuring successful implementation, rollout, and post‑go‑live stabilization for our clients. Responsibilities * Lead or contribute to full‑cycle SAP EWM projects (Blueprint, Design, Configuration, Testing, Cutover, Go‑Live, Hypercare). * Configure inbound/outbound processes, putaway, picking, warehouse structure, storage types, and sections. * Set up and manage warehouse tasks, orders, wave management, and handling unit (HU) strategies. * Implement physical inventory, internal movements, and yard management where required. * Integrate EWM with SAP MM, SD, PP, and TM modules and maintain master data (products, packaging, work centers, resources). * Configure RF framework, RF transactions, and support warehouse automation initiatives. * Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP teams for enhancements and custom developments. * Conduct unit, integration, and UAT testing; resolve defects and provide production support. * Engage business stakeholders to gather requirements, propose process improvements, and ensure alignment. * For senior roles, lead solution design workshops, drive implementation activities, and mentor junior consultants. Qualifications * 4–15 years of hands‑on SAP EWM experience on S/4HANA, including Embedded EWM. * Strong functional and configuration expertise in inbound/outbound, putaway, picking, and storage bin management. * Proven experience with warehouse tasks, orders, wave management, and handling unit (HU) processes. * Knowledge of RF transactions, warehouse automation, and physical inventory processes. * Successful delivery of SAP EWM implementation, rollout, or support projects. * Understanding of EWM integration with MM, SD, PP, and TM modules. * Ability to analyze business requirements independently and configure effective solutions. * Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. * Experience preparing functional specifications and collaborating with ABAP developers. * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
