Planner

Job Title: Planner Company: Eaton SAP Module: SAP EWM Roles & Responsibilities: Material Planner is to driving material planning, execution to support project execution, customers and service requirements across East Asia. This role manages SIOP process and its associated metrics including inventory optimization, demand fulfillment, and supplier coordination to achieve customer commitments while maintaining healthy inventory levels. Job Responsibilities Plan and manage material requirements to support project schedules, customer orders, and service spare requirements. Monitor material shortages and develop recovery plans to minimize production and delivery impact. Review and maintain planning parameters, including lead times, safety stock, reorder points (ROP), and minimum order quantities. B. Inventory Management Monitor inventory levels to achieve inventory and working capital targets. Analyze excess, slow-moving, obsolete (E&O), and aging inventory and develop action plans. Support quarterly inventory reviews and inventory optimization initiatives. Drive inventory reduction while maintaining required service levels. C. Supplier & Material Management Monitor supplier performance and identify supply risks. Coordinate material readiness for key customer projects and strategic opportunities. Maintain Vendor master data in SAP. D. Demand & Project Support Support project teams with material availability analysis and delivery commitments. Coordinate material planning activities for major East Asia projects. Work closely with Manufacturing, Customer Service, Sales, Finance, and Project Management teams. Escalate critical supply chain risks and develop mitigation plans. Prepare and analyze KPI reports related to: Inventory, Material shortages, Supplier OTD, Forecast accuracy, Excess & obsolete inventory Work Location: Singapore, Singapore Work Type: fulltime

Qualifications At least Diploma in Supply chain, Engineering or any related field At least 3 year experience in Material Planning, Supply Chain. Experience Required: entry level Key Skills: SAP MM, Inventory Management, Project Management
