**Job Description** * To ensure service delivery targets of the DC are met by effective monitoring & management of resources and workloads whilst ensuring the company’s policies, ethics & core values are implemented. * Supervising the (DC operations) system process as per the standard operation procedures (SOP). * Driving KPI's to ensure they are met and achieved through effective people & resource management. * Compliance of safety & quality requirements for equipment and the stock. * Monitoring the Completion of daily tasks * Providing daily reports with emphasis on productivity, manpower and time utilization * Monitoring and controlling of supplies consumable and overtime. **Skills Description** * Graduate in any stream or a diploma at least. * 2 years of experience in similar operations * Good communication skills * Good knowledge of English and Arabic is an advantage * Knowledge of using Microsoft office (Excel, Word) * Knowledge of using e-mail software (Outlook) * Experience in stores operations an advantage * Knowledge of warehouse management system
