Job Title: Senior Business Analyst Company: EY SAP Module: SAP SUCCESSFACTORS Roles & Responsibilities: Job description ------------------- We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with experience implementing global projects and programs with a high level of competency in Talent systems. The ideal candidate will play a key role in gathering complex requirements, designing integrated solutions, and contributing to the strategic use of Talent data to support business objectives. Your key responsibilities: * Requirement Gathering: Lead the gathering of complex business requirements from stakeholders, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of needs related to Talent systems, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors and data integration * Process Engineering/Optimization: Analyze existing Talent processes, identify areas for optimization, and recommend solutions that leverage SAP SuccessFactors and other technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness * Data Integration: Collaborate with data architecture team to enable the data integration strategy, working closely with the technical teams. Work seamlessly to achieve efficient data exchange between SAP SuccessFactors and other relevant systems, with a focus on data quality and accuracy * Solution Design: Collaborate with technical teams to design integrated solutions, translating business needs into technical requirements, data mapping, security (RBP), and system functionalities * Data Analysis: Perform advanced data analysis, identifying trends, patterns, and insights from Talent data, and presenting findings to support data-driven decision-making * Documentation: Create detailed requirement documents, process flows, use cases, data mapping documents, and other relevant documentation to guide project implementation * Stakeholder Management: Engage with business stakeholders, executive leadership, and project teams, ensuring effective communication, alignment, and delivery of project objectives * Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain best practices for data quality, testing, and validation to ensure that SAP SuccessFactors and integrated systems meet business needs and quality standards * Change Management: Drive change management efforts to support end-users in adapting to new systems and processes resulting from SAP SuccessFactors implementations * Continuous Improvement: Proactively seek opportunities for process improvement, recommend enhancements to business processes and system functionalities * In-depth knowledge of Talent processes, system functionalities, data integration methodologies, and best practices * Proficiency in data analysis and tools, database query languages (e.g., SQL), and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) * Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights * Excellent documentation and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders * Strong project management capabilities, including the ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams * Positive attitude, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment * Results-oriented, with a focus on achieving project objectives and driving positive outcomes * Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills * Ability to work virtually with global teams To qualify for this role * Dynamic teamwork: You’ll work with brilliant and innovative professionals who are devoted to building a better working world. * Continuous learning: You’ll develop the mindset and skills to navigate whatever comes next * Success as defined by you: We’ll provide the tools and flexibility, so you can make a meaningful impact, your way * Transformative leadership: We’ll give the insights, coaching and confidence to be the leader the world needs * Diverse and inclusive culture: You’ll be embraced for who you are and empowered to use your voice to help others find theirs Work Location: KL, India Availability: Full time
