This is not just an execution\-focused role; we are looking for a strategic thinker who can independently manage critical vendor relationships, lead HR initiatives, and present data\-backed insights directly to executive leadership. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between operational excellence and strategic talent development, driving continuous improvement across Learning \& Development • L\&D Coordination \& Execution: End\-to\-end logistics management, calendar invites, venue/digital setup, and gathering post\-training feedback frameworks. • L\&D Architecture: Deep understanding of the training lifecycle (ADDIE model: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). • Stakeholder Management: Ability to consult with Department Heads to identify skill gaps and align engagement calendars. • Dynamic Communication: Strong presentation skills required to deliver seamless corporate inductions and pitch strategies to leadership. • Project Management: Capability to balance multiple timelines (onboarding, training schedules, vendor renewals) simultaneously.
