Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager Company: VY SYSTEMS PTE. LTD. SAP Module: SAP HCM Roles & Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities Manage SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM implementation projects from initiation to delivery. Manage project timelines, deliverables, risks and stakeholder expectations. Oversee testing, training, deployment, release management and post-implementation support. Support Agile delivery, application development and production support activities. Support presales and solutioning activities where applicable. Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills. Willingness to learn and support additional SuccessFactors modules. Work Location: Singapore, S00, Singapore Availability: Full time

Requirements Must have at least 5 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience working in Singapore consulting environment Active hands-on Techno-Functional experience liaising with Very experienced function and/or technical skills in all areas of the HCM/SF modules in Singapore consulting environment in various industries Presales experience will be added advantage techno-functional experience Certification in at least 2 SAP SuccessFactors modules Proficiency in business analysis, testing, solution design and architecture.
