Requirements
* Experience: 7–10 years in project management, with at least 3–5 years in SAP SuccessFactors implementations in Singapore.
* Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR processes and HCM modules.
* Certifications: SAP SuccessFactors certification preferred. PMP/Prince2 certification is a plus.
* Technical Skills: Familiarity with SAP integration tools, data migration, and cloud HR solutions.
* Soft Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving abilities.
* Regional Exposure: Experience working with Southeast Asia clients is advantageous.
