Job Description
The SAP HR HCM Consultant will configure, enhance, and support SAP Time Management including PCRs, Schemas, Time Evaluation, and Quota Generation. The consultant will interpret and implement union rules, collective agreements, and country-specific statutory requirements, support and troubleshoot US/Canada Payroll integration with Time Evaluation, analyze and resolve complex time-related issues impacting payroll accuracy and compliance, work closely with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions, support testing cycles, year-end activities, and system upgrades, and provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and production support.
Requirements
10-18 years of SAP HR HCM experience with expertise in SAP Time Management, Payroll integration (US/Canada), and union rules implementation. Any Graduate or Any Postgraduate.
