SAP Module: SAP SuccessFactors Roles & Responsibilities: Role: SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Consultant About the Role SAP SuccessFactors Payroll implementations , configuration, integration, testing, troubleshooting, and post-go-live support. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, HR teams, functional consultants, technical teams, and implementation partners to deliver scalable and compliant payroll solutions. The role requires a strong understanding of payroll processes, SuccessFactors architecture, integration touchpoints, and end-to-end implementation methodologies. KeyResponsibilities SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Implementation * Lead and contribute to end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Payroll implementations * Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SuccessFactors Payroll solutions. * Configurepayroll-related processes based on business and statutory requirements. * Support implementation activities across multiple project phases and geographic allocations. * Prepare and maintain functional specifications, configuration documents, process flows, and other project documentation.Payroll Configuration * Configure and support payroll processes including: * Support payroll parallel runs and reconciliation activities. * Understand and support integrations with: o Employee Central Time Management Implementation& Testing * Analyze test results and coordinate defect resolution. * Support cutover, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization activities. StakeholderManagement * Work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders. * Conductrequirement-gathering sessions and functional workshops. * Explain payroll processes and system capabilities to business users. * Coordinate with offshore/onshore teams and implementation partners. * Provide regular project updates and communicate risks, issues, and dependencies.
