Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Functional Solutions Consultant Company: Innova ESI SAP Module: SAP Successfactor Roles & Responsibilities: Role : SAP Success Factor This role will serve as the primary functional partner for Total Rewards processes and SAP SuccessFactors solutions, partnering with People Solutions, Technology, AMS and business stakeholders to drive solution design, platform governance, enhancements, releases and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities * Lead business requirement discussions and convert requirements into detailed functional specifications. * Perform impact assessments across systems, integrations, security, reporting and downstream processes. * Support Change Requests (CRs), enhancement requests and project initiatives. * Collaborate with Technology teams to ensure high-quality delivery and implementation. Testing & Release Management Stakeholder Management * Serve as a trusted advisor to Total Rewards Solution Delivery Team, People Solutions COE, Global Process Owners, Technology Teams, Data Governance Teams * Facilitate discussions and drive alignment across cross-functional teams. * Communicate risks, issues, dependencies and recommendations to leadership. * Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve employee and manager experience and enhance platform capabilities. * Support AI, automation, reporting and process optimization initiatives where applicable. * Contribute to future-state platform roadmaps and transformation programs. Experience : 2 years The ideal candidate combines strong SAP SuccessFactors expertise with business process knowledge in Compensation, Variable Pay, Benefits, Workforce Rewards and related HR processes. The role requires a highly consultative individual who can translate business requirements into scalable functional solutions while balancing user experience, governance, data integrity and operational sustainability. * Act as the Functional Solutions SME / Lead for Total Rewards processes within SAP SuccessFactors. * Translate business requirements into functional designs, solution recommendations and configuration requirements. * Partner with People Solutions and business stakeholders to understand strategic priorities and technology needs. * Provide solution advisory and impact assessments for business initiatives, enhancements and production issues. * Evaluate solution options, trade-offs, risks and downstream process impacts. * Support and enhance SAP SuccessFactors Compensation, Variable Pay, Employee Central, MDF Objects, Workflows, Business Rules and Reporting capabilities. * Review configuration changes proposed by AMS Team and vendors. * Participate in design workshops and requirements gathering sessions. * Support quarterly and annual compensation planning cycles. * Ensure adherence to global design standards and platform governance principles. Requirements & Change Management Required Experience Functional Experience * 7-10 years of HR Technology experience. * 2 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors. * Strong understanding of Total Rewards business processes including Compensation Planning, Merit Reviews, Bonus Planning, Variable Pay, Compensation Guidelines, Salary Structures, Job Architecture, Workforce Rewards Programs * Experience supporting global HR organizations and complex stakeholder environments.
