The ideal candidate should have strong technical and functional knowledge across multiple SuccessFactors modules and experience managing teams, stakeholders, and large-scale HR technology initiatives. * 10+ years of SAP HCM / SAP SuccessFactors experience * 5+ years in a Technical Lead or Manager role * Hands-on experience with multiple SuccessFactors modules: * Employee Central (EC) * Employee Central Payroll (ECP) * Recruiting (RCM) * Onboarding 2.0 * Performance & Goals (PMGM) * Compensation * Variable Pay * Succession & Development * Experience in at least 3+ end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations * Understanding of global HR processes and employee lifecycle management Responsibilities * Lead SuccessFactors technical delivery across multiple projects. * Manage application architecture, integrations, data migration, and releases. * Drive implementation, enhancement, and support activities across all SuccessFactors modules. * Work closely with business stakeholders, HR teams, and leadership. * Manage technical consultants and offshore/onshore teams. * Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and governance standards. * Oversee quarterly release management and impact assessments. * Provide technical solution design and architecture recommendations.
