The Role * Partner with business and technology stakeholders to gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements. * Map current and future-state business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support the design of practical, client-focused solutions. * Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and requirements-gathering sessions to align business needs with project objectives. * Support delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle, including solution validation, user acceptance testing, change management, and implementation. * Use approved AI tools and automation, where appropriate, to support requirements analysis, documentation, and process improvement, ensuring outputs are reviewed, validated, and aligned with responsible AI guidelines. * Experience working within consulting or another client-facing environment. * Experience delivering large-scale business, technology or regulatory transformation. * Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies. * Relevant project management, business analysis or change certifications. * Experience within financial services, energy, government or other complex and regulated sectors.
