Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant Company: Metasys Technologies SAP Module: SAP SUCCESSFACTORS Roles & Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities * Lead and support SAP SuccessFactors worker Central Payroll (ECP) implementation projects. * Handle end-to-end payroll configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. * Work on multi-country payroll implementations with focus on UK and Spain payroll processes. * Gather business requirements and translate them into payroll solutions. * Configure payroll schemas, rules, wage types, and payroll control center. * Ensure compliance with country-specific legal and statutory payroll regulations. * Collaborate with HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams for successful delivery. * Perform payroll reconciliation, defect resolution, and payroll validation activities. * Support integration between worker Central and ECP modules. * Prepare functional specifications, documentation, and knowledge transfer materials. * Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors worker Central Payroll (ECP). * Good understanding of Legal and Country-specific Payroll processes. * Expertise in UK and Spain Payroll implementation and support. * Hands-on experience in minimum 4 end-to-end multi-country ECP implementation projects. * Experience in payroll schema/rules configuration and payroll troubleshooting. * Knowledge of payroll integration with worker Central and third-party systems. * Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills. * Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
