Job Title: Principal Executive, Wellness Ambassador Company: Singapore Aero Engine Services Private Limited (SAESL) SAP Module: SAP SuccessFactors Roles & Responsibilities: About SAESL A joint venture company between Rolls-Royce Plc and SIA Engineering Company. The company first started operations in 2001 and has since become a market leader for both engine overhaul and component repair services. As a result of sustained business growth, SAESL has continued to expand its facilities and develop new capabilities for both its engine overhaul and component repair businesses. The Engine Overhaul business has the capability to service all products in the Trent engine family, this includes Trent 500, Trent 700, Trent 800, Trent 900, Trent 1000 and Trent XWB; SAESL is the only Trent engine MRO that can support all product variants. The Engine Overhaul business has the capacity to repair and overhaul over 300 Trent engines per year and it is equipped with a state-of-the-art Engine Test Facility that supports our best-in-class engine turnaround times. Job Responsibilities Strategic Wellness & Culture Leadership * Champion organisation-wide wellness strategies and programmes aligned with business needs and workforce sustainability goals * Drive a culture of care, resilience, and psychological safety by embedding wellbeing into everyday practices * Act as a visible advocate for employee wellbeing and engagement across the employee lifecycle * Lead initiatives that strengthen workplace culture, fostering inclusivity, collaboration, and respect * Ensure compliance with the Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, and tripartite guidelines * Adhere to aviation industry standards and internal governance frameworks * Review and implement policies related to wellness, conduct, and performance management with a focus on proactive support and prevention Leadership Partnership & Advisory * Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on workforce wellbeing, engagement trends, and wellness-related risks * Partner with leaders to embed positive culture practices into decision-making and team management Work Location: Singapore Availability: Full time
