Key Responsibilities:. Implement, configure, and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll solutions. Integrate Employee Central with Payroll and Time Management modules. Configure payroll schemas, rules, wage types, and payroll processes. Support payroll testing, validation, and defect resolution activities. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Ensure payroll compliance with statutory and organizational requirements. Support payroll migrations, upgrades, and transformation initiatives. Preferred Skills:. SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification. Payroll Control Center (PCC) Experience. SAP CPI / Integration Suite. Global Payroll Implementation Experience. Preferred Candidate Profile:. Strong experience in SuccessFactors EC and ECP implementations. Experience in payroll configuration and support. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
