Lead the data migration workstream for a major SAP SuccessFactors transformation, supporting the organisation through a complex SAP ECC to SuccessFactors journey. You will own the end-to-end migration of HR master data, ensuring data is cleansed, mapped, transformed, loaded and fully validated for a successful go-live. Key Responsibilities:. Lead the end-to-end HR data migration from SAP ECC into SuccessFactors. Own data profiling, cleansing, mapping, transformation, extraction and loading activities. Undertake detailed data due diligence, identifying data quality issues, gaps, risks and dependencies. Lead mock migrations, data validation, reconciliation and business sign-off across multiple migration cycles. Work closely with SuccessFactors functional, HR, integration and technical teams to ensure data is correctly migrated and aligned to the target solution. Support cutover and final migration, including data freeze, final extraction, load and post-migration reconciliation. Technical Skills Required:. Strong experience delivering SAP ECC / HCM to SuccessFactors data migrations. Deep understanding of SuccessFactors Employee Central and HR master data. Proven experience in data extraction, transformation, cleansing, mapping, loading and reconciliation. Strong understanding of source-to-target mapping and SuccessFactors data structures.
