Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant Company: Aptimized Job Category: SAP SUCCESSFACTORS LMS Roles & Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities * Lead and support SAP SuccessFactors implementation and enhancement projects. * Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions. * Conduct workshops with HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, and business stakeholders. * Configure and customize SuccessFactors modules based on business needs. * Support full project lifecycle activities including design, testing, deployment, and post\-go\-live support. * Prepare functional specifications and documentation. * Perform system testing, UAT support, and defect resolution. * Deliver end\-user training and knowledge transfer sessions. * Work with technical teams on integrations and data migration activities. * Ensure adherence to SAP SuccessFactors best practices. * 5\+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience. * Minimum 2 full\-cycle SAP SuccessFactors implementations. * Experience supporting production environments and enhancement projects. * Strong understanding of HR business processes and talent management. * Experience working directly with business stakeholders and HR teams. * Excellent communication and documentation skills. * Employee Central (EC) * Recruiting Management (RCM) * Recruiting Marketing (RMK) * Onboarding 2\.0 * Performance \& Goals * Compensation * Succession \& Development * Learning Management System (LMS) * Employee Profile Work Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India Availability: Full time
