Job Description
Role & responsibilities. SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant. Locations: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kochi, Pune. Skill: SAP SuccessFactors – Compensation. Job Description. The role involves compensation plan configuration, cycle support, integrations, reporting, troubleshooting, and collaboration with business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities. Configure and manage SAP SuccessFactors Compensation modules and compensation programs. Configure compensation plans, templates, worksheets, guidelines, eligibility rules, and business rules. Support end-to-end compensation cycles, including planning, testing, deployment, and post-cycle support. Work on SuccessFactors Variable Pay configuration and administration. Support integrations between Compensation and other SuccessFactors modules, especially Employee Central. Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SuccessFactors solutions. Perform troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and resolution of Compensation-related issues. Support reporting, analytics, and compensation-related data requirements. Conduct testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and production deployment activities. Prepare documentation and provide training/support to business users and stakeholders. Collaborate with HR, business, technical, and integration teams. Mandatory Skills. Minimum 2–3 SuccessFactors Compensation implementations. Strong knowledge of compensation plans, templates, worksheets, eligibility rules, and business rules. Experience with SuccessFactors integrations. Good understanding of reporting and analytics.
