Job Title: SAP S/4HANA HR & Payroll Consultant Company: Tata Consultancy Services SAP Module: SAP HCM Roles & Responsibilities: Role & responsibilities Job Description SAP S/4HANA HR & Payroll Consultant We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA HR & Payroll Consultant with 6+ years of expertise in SAP HCM and Payroll implementations, support, and transformation projects. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in core HR processes, payroll configuration, statutory compliance, and migration from SAP ECC HCM to SAP S/4HANA environments. Key Responsibilities * Implement, configure, and support SAP HCM HR and Payroll solutions. * Gather business requirements and design end-to-end HR and payroll processes. * Configure Organizational Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA), Time Management (TM), and Payroll modules. * Execute payroll processing, payroll schema configuration, and statutory compliance requirements. * Support payroll integrations with third-party systems, banking interfaces, and tax authorities. * Perform payroll reconciliation, wage type configuration, and payroll validations. * Support data migration, testing, UAT, go-live, and post-production activities. * Work closely with HR stakeholders, business users, and technical teams. * Troubleshoot payroll-related issues and provide timely resolutions. * Ensure compliance with labor laws, taxation, and statutory requirements. + Personnel Administration (PA) + Organizational Management (OM) + Time Management (TM) + SAP Payroll + Payroll Schemas & Rules + Wage Types + Benefits Administration + Personnel Development Work Location: Kochi(Willingdon Island), Kolkata(Saduli), Chennai(Sholinganallur), India Availability: Full time
