About the Role:We are supporting a leading professional services organisation undergoing a major digital transformation, seeking an experienced SAP Service Delivery Manager to lead the operational stability, optimisation, and ongoing evolution of a complex SAP S/4HANA environment.This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality day-to-day SAP service delivery, managing incident and change demand, overseeing enhancements, and supporting strategic transformation initiatives including readiness for SAP RISE.You will lead a team of SAP analysts and developers, driving performance, accountability, and continuous improvement across the estate. Key Responsibilities:. Lead, coach, and manage a team of SAP specialists across BAU and project delivery. Allocate resources across support, enhancements, audits, and transformation workstreams. Own end-to-end SAP S/4HANA service availability, performance, and stability. Oversee month-end, year-end, and critical business cycle support activities. Manage vendor relationships including AMS, hosting providers, and auditors. Ensure robust technical documentation across system landscapes and integrations. Prioritise configuration changes, enhancements, fixes, and transport management. Govern change and release processes in line with CAB procedures. Support system health management including upgrades, patching, and performance tuning. Drive cross-functional collaboration across Finance, HR, MM, Integration, and Basis areas. Candidate Profile:We are looking for an experienced SAP leader who thrives in complex, regulated environments and can balance operational excellence with strategic delivery.You will bring:. Proven experience managing SAP teams in enterprise environments. Strong operational understanding of SAP S/4HANA (on-prem). Experience across FICO and HCM modules. Background in high-availability, audit-heavy environments. Strong stakeholder management and leadership capability. Ability to prioritise across competing business and technical demands. Technical Skills:. SAP S/4HANA (on-premise). SAP FICO & HCM. SAP integrations (PI/PO or equivalent middleware). User access / authorisations / workflows.
