Job Title: Sap Human Resources Consultant Company: The eCEOs SAP Module: SAP HCM Roles & Responsibilities: Role Description The SAP Human Resources Consultant will configure, implement, and support SAP HR/HCM modules to meet client business and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and analyzing HR process requirements, designing and documenting solutions, performing system configuration, and supporting testing, data migration, and go-live activities. The consultant will collaborate with project managers, HR stakeholders, and technical teams to integrate SAP HR with other systems, troubleshoot issues, and provide user training and ongoing support. This is a full-time hybrid role based in WP Kuala Lumpur, where the consultant will work partly on-site with clients and internal teams and partly from home, depending on project needs. Qualifications * Strong SAP Human Resources (HR) and Human Capital Management (HCM) skills, including configuration and support of core HR processes. * Experience with Organizational Management, including designing structures, positions, and reporting lines within SAP or related HR systems. * Solid Analytical Skills for requirements gathering, process mapping, data validation, and problem solving in complex project environments. * Familiarity with Mobile Switching Centre Server (MSS) or related telecom infrastructure is an advantage, especially for projects in telecommunications. * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field; relevant SAP certifications are highly desirable. * Proven experience in SAP HR/HCM implementation or support, preferably within consulting or multi-industry project environments. * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multicultural teams. * Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to evolving project demands in a hybrid work setting.
