Design and manage Time-Off Balance Management and Time-Off Request processes,. enabling accurate accrual, entitlement tracking, and self-service leave request workflows. for employees and managers. Implement and support Time Capture processes — including capturing time against cost. objects, WBS elements, or other assignments via CATS (Cross-Application Time Sheet). — ensuring accurate recording of employee working hours and activities. Manage the Review, Resolution, and Approval of Time data, along with Time Processing. (evaluation, valuation, and integration with Payroll), to ensure clean, error-free time data. flows into downstream HR and Finance processes. Handle Historical Time Adjustments and corrections, ensuring retroactive changes are. accurately processed and reconciled, while partnering with HR/Payroll teams to resolve. discrepancies and support period-end time closing activities.
