Role: Technical Consultant \- ERP * Strong hands\-on experience in SAP HR/Payroll ECC 6\.0 EHP8\. * Mandatory experience in SAP SuccessFactors * Hands\-on experience in all four modules: PA (Personnel Administration), OM (Organizational Management), TM (Time Management) and BC (Benefits Configuration). * Experience in any one or more of the following payroll domains: US / UK / EMEA Payroll . * Strong knowledge of payroll configuration, implementation, testing and production support. * Experience in payroll tax processing, tax configuration and financial postings. * Exposure to Rsite, BSI TaxFactory or other payroll tax engines is an added advantage. * Good understanding of SAP HR/Payroll integrations and troubleshooting. * Analyze business requirements and implement SAP HR/Payroll solutions. * Configure and support SAP HR modules and payroll processes. * Handle payroll\-related issues, testing and production support. * Manage payroll tax updates and ensure accurate payroll processing. * Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams and external vendors. * Support system enhancements, integrations and continuous improvements.
