SAP HCM Payroll Implementation Consultant

The SAP HCM Payroll Implementation Consultant will deliver expert guidance and support throughout the implementation process, ensuring technical activities align with best practices and client requirements. The consultant will customize SAP Payroll solutions in accordance with customer requirements, conduct system testing to validate functionality and compliance, manage priorities to meet established deadlines, maintain clear communication with stakeholders, track project progress, demonstrate strong understanding of HR business processes and SAP HR architecture, and support go-live activities ensuring payroll system readiness.

Hands-on experience in SAP HCM with at least one successful HCM implementation. Customization and testing of SAP Payroll solutions. Strong understanding of HR business processes and SAP HR architecture. Any Graduate qualification.
