2. Prepare solution designs, estimates, configurations or code, test evidence, and implementation documentation.
3. Follow security, quality, coding, review, and release-management standards.
5. Support deployments, knowledge transfer, hypercare, production incidents, and continuous improvement.

Requirements
* Strong hands-on experience in SAP ERP Human Resource (HR) - Payroll aligned to the stated experience range.
* Ability to analyze requirements, prepare solution or technical designs, and deliver quality outcomes.
* Experience with testing, defect resolution, deployment, documentation, and production support.
* Strong communication, stakeholder collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Relevant certification in SAP ERP Human Resource (HR) - Payroll or the associated platform.
* Exposure to Agile delivery, DevOps automation, cloud deployment, and global stakeholder engagement.
