SAP HR HCM Developer

Support SAP HCM, HR and Payroll operations by assisting in system configuration, testing, troubleshooting and enhancement activities. Work on Payroll, Personnel Administration, Organizational Management and Time Management modules. Prepare functional documentation, support project delivery teams and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution and successful implementation outcomes.

Basic understanding of SAP HCM and HR business processes with exposure to Payroll, PA, OM and Time Management modules. Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, teamwork capabilities and willingness to learn SAP HR technologies in a fast-paced consulting environment.
