Roles & Responsibilities:- · Handle all phases like Design, document, and implement unit, integration, and parallel test plans. · Associate should able to lead team and should be able to work with other SAP HCM consultants as a team.Adapts best methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to complex problems. · The consultant will be responsible for supporting the existing HR landscape and assisting clients in configuration, development, testing, rollout and post-roll out support of SAP HCM US Payroll solutions. Relevant Experience (in Yrs):- 5+yrs • Must be well versed with in full gross to net US payroll calculation and configuration including as well as schemas and rules, Finance integration, BSI Tax Factory and Off-Cycle.
