Job Summary We are hiring SAP HCM professionals and SAP-trained freshers interested in building a career in Human Capital Management.Key Responsibilities Work on SAP HCM functional requirements. Support Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM) processes. Understand employee master data and personnel actions. Support Time Management and HR-related business processes. Assist with configuration, testing, documentation, and issue resolution. Coordinate with functional teams and business users. Support SAP HCM implementation and maintenance activities.
Requirements
SAP HCM training/certification for freshers. Basic understanding of HR processes. Knowledge of SAP HCM concepts. Good communication and analytical skills.
