SAP Ariba Support Consultant

Job Summary TruSpeQ is looking for an experienced SAP Ariba Support Consultant to join its Bangalore team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SAP Ariba support, incident management, troubleshooting, and procurement processes. Key Responsibilities Provide L2/L3 support for SAP Ariba applications and procurement processes. Analyze and resolve SAP Ariba incidents, service requests, and production issues. Perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis (RCA) for recurring and complex issues. Monitor and manage incidents within defined SLA timelines. Work closely with business users, stakeholders, and technical teams to resolve issues. Support SAP Ariba modules and related procurement processes. Investigate integration and transaction-related issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution. Maintain proper documentation of incidents, solutions, and knowledge articles. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance support processes. Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding issue status, resolution, and expected timelines.

4–7 years of relevant experience in SAP Ariba. Strong experience in SAP Ariba Support and Issue Resolution. Good understanding of SAP Ariba modules and Source-to-Pay/Procure-to-Pay processes. Experience in Incident Management, Troubleshooting, and Root-Cause Analysis. Good understanding of procurement processes and business requirements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced support environment.
