SAP HCM Techno Functional Consultant

Act as functional owner for SAP HCM solutions including requirement analysis, solution design, configuration support, SIT execution, functional sign-off, reporting enablement, and stakeholder management. Coordinate with SAP S/4HANA, data warehouse, BODS, and Power BI teams to ensure accurate implementation and reporting readiness. Lead testing activities and support enterprise HCM data governance initiatives.

Strong SAP HCM functional expertise with experience in SAP S/4HANA HCM environments, data integration, enterprise reporting, ABAP knowledge, SQL understanding, stakeholder communication, SIT execution, reporting enablement, business requirement analysis, and end-to-end ownership of SAP HCM projects and enhancements.
